Ingredients for 2 glasses:
- Juice of 3 oranges
- 2 large carrots
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 banana
- 300 millilitres of water
- First, peel, wash and cut the carrots into pieces.
- Peel and halve the ginger.
- Now peel and halve the banana.
- Then put all the ingredients in a smoothie blender and puree.
- Finally, pour the smoothie into the glasses and serve.
