Ingredients for 2 glasses:
- 150 grams fresh blueberries
- 4 tablespoons oatmeal
- 2 bananas
- 4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 300 millilitres of milk
Preparation:
- First, read the blueberries and wash them.
- Peel the bananas and break them into pieces.
- Then put all the ingredients in a smoothie blender and puree.
- Finally, pour the smoothie into the glasses and serve.
