Argan oil as cleaning oil
Argan oil can be used excellently as a make-up remover, but is actually far too expensive for it. Alternatively, coconut oil would be recommended. If you still want to use it as a make-up remover, put a little argan oil on a soft cloth or cotton pad and cleans the face thoroughly. Afterwards, the face can still be washed off with clear water.
Argan oil as day and night care
Argan oil is super usable as a facial care and can be used both pure and in creams. Argan Oil Cocoa Butter Face Cream
- 15 ml argan oil
- 1 g of cocoa butter and beeswax each
- 3 g Emulsan
- 30 ml distilled water or flower water
- 10 drops of Biokons plus
- About 10 drops of essential oil as needed
Preparation of the face cream with argan oil:
- First, put argan oil, emulsan, beeswax and cocoa butter, as a fat phase, in a heatproof vessel.
- Put flower water or distilled water in a second heatproof vessel.
- Now heat both vessels in the hot water bath.
- Once the fat phase has melted, remove both glasses from the water bath and stir the flower water or distilled water into the fat phase, stirring constantly.
- If everything is well mixed, place the vessel in a cold water bath and let the cream become hand-warm, stirring constantly.
- Then add the remaining ingredients such as Biokons plus and the essential oil to the cream by drop and stir.
- Once the cream is cold, place in a crucible and store in the fridge.
The cream stays in the fridge for about 8 to 10 days when a clean spatula is used for removal. Please do not go into the crucible with your fingers, otherwise the shelf life could suffer.
Argan oil for healthy hair
Anyone who has longer hair knows the problem of split-use formation. The hairs lie on the shoulder, are tied to the braid and at some point they are splissig. With argan oil, this can be easily avoided. But beware, not every hair type can use argan oil. While people who have only slightly porous hair can use coconut oil or even olive oil as a care, people with very porous hair should use argan oil better. Argan oil as an additive in shampoo
Argan oil can be used in the home-made shampoo as well as in ready-made shampoos. Especially those who have strong porous hair, do not always find a suitable shampoo without silicones. Once you have finally found this, you don’t really want to change and test yourself. Therefore, it is also possible to enrich the purchased shampoo with argan oil without any problems. In 200 ml shampoo, about 10 to 15 drops of argan oil can be added. Wash and style the hair as usual.
Argan oil as Leave in
Argan oil is also called Leave in a great helper. However, it should only be distributed in lengths and tips and should not come to the scalp. It is also suitable for children to escape the horrible ziepen.
As a rule, it is sufficient if about 3 to 5 drops of argan oil are added to the tips and lengths of shoulder-length hair. For longer hairs correspondingly more.
