Ingredients for 2 glasses:
- 150 grams of fresh strawberries
- 1 red apple
- 5 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 300 millilitres of milk
- First wash the strawberries, remove them from the trunk and halve.
- Wash, core and quarter the apple.
- Then put all the ingredients in a smoothie blender and puree.
- Finally, pour the smoothie into the glasses and serve.
