For decades, coconut oil (also known as coconut oil) was considered an inferior oil from the tropics, as extracted from the white pulp of the coconut. But it has been gaining popularity for several years. No wonder coconut oil is healthy.
For centuries, coconut has provided many important nutrients to the inhabitants of tropical countries, with many vitamins, minerals and trace elements, as well as healthy fatty acids, in tropical fruit.
Especially in virgin coconut oil, high-quality ingredients are contained, which do not perform miracles, but can have a positive effect on health. The oil is produced here by two different processes: either the fresh pulp is pressed and the oil is extracted from the coconut milk thus obtained, or the pulp dried in the sun or under steam in the oven is cold pressed. Refined coconut oil still contains the valuable medium-chain fatty acids, but the nutrient content decreases through refining, bleaching and deodorization.
The high-quality ingredients of coconut oil make it a unique product with antibacterial effects and health-promoting properties that have already been proven by studies.
