Ingredients for 2 glasses:
- 1 handful blackberries
- 2 pears
- 1 Maracuja
- 300 millilitres of water
Preparation:
- First, read the blackberries and wash them.
- Wash, core and dice the pears as well.
- Halve the maracuja and spoon out the flesh.
- Then put all the ingredients in a smoothie blender and puree.
- Finally, pour the smoothie into the glasses and serve.
