Ingredients for 2 glasses:
- 1 handful blackberries
- 1 handful of lettuce
- 1 medium piece of pineapple
- 300 millilitres of water
- First, read the blackberries and wash them.
- Wash and clean the lettuce as well.
- Now peel and dice the pineapples.
- Then put all the ingredients in a smoothie blender and puree.
- Finally, pour the smoothie into the glasses and serve.
