Ingredients for 2 glasses:
- 1 handful blackberries
- 1 handful blueberries
- 1 handful strawberries
- 1 banana
- 300 millilitres of rice milk
- First, read and wash blackberries and blueberries.
- Wash, clean and halve strawberries.
- Now peel and halve the banana.
- Then put all the ingredients in a smoothie blender and puree.
- Finally, pour the smoothie into the glasses and serve.
