Ingredients for 2 glasses:
- 2 bananas
- 1 pear
- 5 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 300 millilitres of almond milk
- First, peel the bananas and cut them into pieces.
- Wash, core and quarter the pear.
- Then put all the ingredients in a smoothie blender and puree.
- Finally, pour the smoothie into the glasses and serve.
