Ingredients for 2 glasses:
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 1 medium-sized piece of lettuce cucumber
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 Kiwis
- 300 millilitres of water
Preparation:
- Wash and clean baby spinach.
- Wash, clean and roughly chop the cucumber.
- Now peel and quarter the Kiwis.
- Then put all the ingredients in a smoothie blender and puree.
- Finally, pour the smoothie into the glasses and serve.
