Ingredients for 2 glasses:
- 2 avocados
- 125 grams fresh raspberries
- 1 red apple
- 300 millilitres of water
Preparation:
- First, core the avocados and roughly chop the flesh.
- Raspberries are read and washed.
- Then wash the apple, core and quarter.
- Then put all the ingredients in a smoothie blender and puree.
- Finally, pour the smoothie into the glasses and serve.
