Ingredients for 2 glasses:
- 1 red apple
- 2 Kiwis
- 2 kale leaves
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 300 millilitres of water
Preparation:
- First wash and clean kale and baby spinach.
- Peel and quarter the Kiwis.
- Wash, core and cut the apple into pieces.
- Then put all the ingredients in a smoothie blender and puree.
- Finally, pour the smoothie into the glasses and serve.
